Meridian32 has a protocol with Casa do Gaiato.

In 1940, Father Américo Monteiro de Aguiar, of Portuguese nationality, moved by a feeling of compassion towards people in need, created the Obra de Rua initiative, which would consist of welcoming, educating and integrating into society children and young people who, due to different adversities, were deprived of a healthy family environment.

This is how it happened, and this charity project was born and registered by the creation of the Casa do Gaiato institution. This work spread to different countries, including Mozambique. Children and young people who have passed through the institution have had the opportunity to have a home and learn the importance of growing up in a family environment.
